Why Traveling Is The Best Way To Keep Your New Year’s Resolutions

Folks weren’t shy about announcing their New Year’s resolutions for 2015, and Twitter was able to use key words (in English) to create a list of the most popular resolutions for the new year. Of that list, we wanted to line up the top five for you to prove that you do not need to put travel on the back burner to maintain and accomplish these new goals all year. In fact, adventuring is one of the most powerful tools for self reflection, discipline and priority sorting.



Ah yes. It’s no surprise that a more stern, or you know, existent, exercise routine topped the 2015 New Year’s resolutions list — we’re pretty sure it does every year. The fear of missing a week at the gym however is no good reason not to travel! You could, alternatively, choose an adventure that makes the gym look like a lounge on the couch. There’s plenty to see and do out there that requires hard work en route. Any active travel plans, such asrock climbing, hiking, skiing and so on, are sure to keep you on top of your work out game during your trip. Plus, if adventure travel isn’t your deal… come on, lots of hotels have gyms. No excuses.
